1. What can I expect before and during the shoot?

• Following our consultation, you’ll receive an invoice along with a summary of key details to confirm the vision for your shoot.
• On shoot day, our team will be on hand to support you and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Partway through the session, you’ll have the opportunity to review a few shots and provide feedback, ensuring we’re aligned with the desired direction.

2. How long is the shoot?

• The standard package includes up to 2 hours on set. Additional time will incur extra fees.

3. What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

• As we account for studio space and booking costs, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit.
  
• If we need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be processed within 48 hours.

4. How long does editing take?

• Final edits will be delivered within 7–10 days, with up to 3 client-requested revisions.

5. What format will my images be in?

• Images will be delivered in PNG format. Other formats can be requested if needed.

6. What’s included in editing?

• Standard touch-ups and color adjustments. Additional requests can be accommodated.

7. How can I prepare for my shoot?

• Review the notes and expectations discussed during the consultation.
• Ensure wardrobe and styling are ready in advance to make the most of your session.
